In the case of cancellation of a guaranteed booking or a no-show of a Guest at the Hotel, the Hotel shall charge the Guest with the amount equal to the advance payment, the amount of which is set at a minimum of 30% of the value of the ordered services.

The city center and the Poznań International Fair are only 5.5 km, the Poznań Ławica airport 8.5 km, and the A2 motorway is 2 minutes away from the hotel, which guarantees convenient communication on the Berlin - Poznań - Warsaw route.

Attractions:

Poznań is a historic city with many interesting monuments. The oldest part - the island of Ostrów Tumski impresses with, among others a huge archcathedral basilica, which dates back to the 10th century, when Mieszko I next to the ducal palatium erected a three-nave early Romanesque basilica. The Town Hall located on the Old Market Square is undoubtedly the most magnificent Renaissance building in Greater Poland and one of the most beautiful in Poland.

The Piast Trail is an extremely attractive tourist route connecting three capital cities from the early Piast period: Poznań, Gniezno and Kruszwica. These cities hide valuable souvenirs from the times of the creation of Polish statehood, which are monuments of our heritage. On the route there are also other places worth recommending, including Biskupin.

Lake Malta - an artificial water reservoir in Poznań - is well developed and is a great place for a walk or active rest. There is a modern rowing regatta track on which international competitions often take place. There is a year-round lakeside, the largest Aquapark in Poland, Malta Ski ski center, Mini Golf, summer Toboggan Run, tennis courts, you can go on a boat cruise on the lake.

Poznań as the only city in Poland has two zoological gardens. Near the Malta Lake there is a new ZOO - a very extensive park where animals live in conditions close to natural.
